1) Exercise Regularly
Exercise improves your immune system and can greatly aid in cancer prevention. High levels of estrogen, insulin and testosterone increases cancer rates and exercise decreases so please exercise regularly.
2) Eat Healthy
This is something everyone should do as it makes you feel great but the even better news is that eating healthy reduces your risk of breast cancer. More fat tissue causes the body to produce more estrogen, which can cause growth the growth of cancer cells. Reduce your intake of salty, fatty, and sugary foods and you will feel great, look great and also reduce your risk of cancer.
3) Limit your alcohol intake
A few drinks with friends and family is fine every now and then but studies show that women whom drink regularly have a higher propensity to getting breast cancer.
