Each month will be a different mix of beauty product types, including accessories, makeup, skincare, fragrance, body, hair products and many more! Joining Glamabox is easy and it only takes a few minutes! To get started, simply sign up and create your Glama Profile. As soon as you have completed your Glama Profile, our beauty stylists will begin filling your box with products according to your beauty needs and style preferences.

An order confirmation will appear as the final step in your order process (you won't be charged until you confirm the order). In addition, you will receive an email confirmation with an order number. Get excited! Glamabox is now on its way to you!
Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the close of the following business day. Orders received on the weekends are usually processed by end of day on Tuesday.

Glamaboxes are like magazines — they arrive every month! Your first Glamabox will ship by the 10th day of the month after you sign up, and every month thereafter as long as your membership is active.
We currently ship only to Hong Kong, Taiwan, China and Singapore. Boxes are sent via the local postal service. Every month, once your box is sent you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow the box's progress to your door! With both services, the post office drops off the box with signature confirmation.
If you are a monthly member, you can cancel your Glamabox membership at any time. There are NO cancellation fees. Members that pre-pay for a full year or half year of service and gift subscriptions are not eligible for cancellation, however you can change the shipping address and box recipient at any time. For cancellation, please send email to contact@glamabox.com.

Sorry we don't accept exchanges. If you are not satisfied with the full-size product you ordered, you can simply return them.
If you would let us know within 3 months, we will be able to send you the latest Glamabox once we confirmed the details with each parties. However, if you have not contacted us for more than 3 months, we will not be able to send you any past Glamabox or do any refunds. So please contact us as soon as there's any problems, and don't miss out any of our exciting and unique Glamabox.
All Glamabox subscribers are rewarded with Glamapoints. Monthly subscription gives you 10 points each month during subscription; while 6-months subscription gives you 60 points, and 1-year subscription gives 110 points.

You can redeem Glamapoints in increments of 200 points. If you have accumulated enough Glamapoints, you can select the number of points you want to redeem when you check out.
As long as the total value of your order is above the required amount (ie. HK$150 for Hong Kong and Macau, and HK$550 for China, Taiwan and Singapore), you are eligible for free shipping whether or not you redeem your Glamapoints.

We will send a shipping confirmation email to you after we have dispatched your order. The majority of our orders are shipped within 5 working days after placing your order in Glamashop. You can expect to receive this email within 5 business day. The email contains the details of your shipment as well as a tracking number and link for your reference.
Sometimes shipments are returned to us due to incorrect address, a PO box and hotel address, failed delivery attempts and refused by recipients.
